Job summary

Spinnaker Resorts in Branson, MO is hiring Sales Representatives to present vacation opportunities to guests during scheduled in-person appointments. You will tour our resort, build rapport, and explain the benefits of becoming a vacation owner.

The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to engage with guests, and a professional, positive demeanor. Prior sales experience is helpful but not required; we provide training and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to effectively deal with people and situations.

Responsibilities

• Follow a sales process that includes a tour of our beautiful resort.
• Develop commonality with guests.
• Present the benefits of joining Spinnaker Resorts as a vacation owner.
• Keep current on product knowledge, materials, and industry trends.
• Participate with Team building functions with the sales management
• Implementation and execution of Corporate policies and procedures as required
• Participate in weekly meetings and training as required with Sales teams
• Represent the company in a Positive and Professional manner
