Holiday Inn Club Vacations in Branson, MO is seeking a Latitudes Consultant to deliver engaging guest presentations and guide touring guests through the sales process to determine interest in timeshares.

You will emphasize customer service, work with the Sales team, attend training, and strive to meet departmental goals while maintaining a high-energy, team-focused attitude. This role offers competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities for travel perks.

Qualifications

• One year of timeshare and/or package sales experience preferred.
• Self-directed and independent but works as a team player.
• Strong work ethic, high energy level, and positive attitude.
• Dependable and goal-oriented.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be process-oriented with attention to detail.
• Persuasive interpersonal skills to gain acceptance of an idea, plan, activity, service, or product from guests and co-workers.

• Mastery of using appropriate interpersonal social styles and methods to inspire and guide individuals toward goal achievement.

Responsibilities

• Conducts a Latitudes sales presentation as trained and scheduled.
• Attends training classes for continuous improvement. Supports and upholds the mission, vision, and philosophies of Holiday Inn Club Vacations. Achieves personal and departmental written objectives as established.
• Participates in demonstration/assessment rides scheduled with the Manager of Sales and Marketing Services or Sales Training Managers. Resolves all customer service challenges.
• Ensures and/or performs coaching and action plans as provided by the assigned Sales Training Managers and/or Manager of the Sales and Marketing Services. Delivers the utmost level of customer service to all guests and owners to ensure a great sales tour experience.
