Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an in-person marketing professional to engage prospective and current owners at our resorts. You will schedule guests for presentations, greet visitors, and work with resort staff to ensure a smooth sales tour experience.

The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and adherence to company guidelines while driving attendance and conversions. Sales or marketing background is preferred, with a HS diploma required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Excel and MS Word; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations.
• Partner with resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in.
• Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour.
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
• Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits.
• Attend scheduled training sessions and keep current on marketing information and materials.
