• Proficient with Microsoft Office and strong computer skills.
• Organized with a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review daily task list to prioritize rooms needing inspection.
• Use software to determine which units are accessible.
• Inspect rooms and report minor repairs or updates.
• Photograph units and log inventory.
• Assist with departure and owner arrival inspections.
