Job summary

Boyne Mountain Resort is seeking a Public Space Attendant to keep all resort public areas clean, orderly and inviting. You will work across lobby, hallways, outdoor patios and guest spaces, following cleaning checklists and safety standards to ensure a warm guest experience.

The role requires 18+ years, availability for days/evenings/weekends/holidays, and a high school diploma or GED. Perks include ski, golf and waterpark passes, plus discounts on food, retail and services.

Qualifications

• You are 18 years old.
• Available to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent) required.

Responsibilities

• Obtain list of areas that need cleaning and assign work accordingly.
• Inspect rooms, halls, and lobbies and report maintenance concerns.
• Clean and replenish linens and amenities in public spaces.
• Replace and/or clean soiled items and disinfect bathrooms.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop floors and clean rugs and upholstery.
• Dust furniture, walls, windows and other surfaces.
• Empty wastebaskets and replace liners.
• Maintain outdoor patio areas and furniture.
• Follow cleaning checklists and ensure standards are met.
• Take inventory and restock supplies as needed.
• Keep storage and utility rooms organized and clean.
• Respond to guest requests for supplies and information.
• Notify supervisor of problems and unusual matters.
• Assure a clean, well-organized work area at all times.
• Assist other staff in resort areas as needed.
• Complete daily reports and update status accordingly.
• Perform any special tasks as assigned by management.
