Job summary

Aspire General Insurance Services LLC in Virginia is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead strategic account management with independent agencies. You will drive profitable growth, implement marketing and sales strategies, and strengthen broker partnerships across the Specialty Auto segment.

This role requires five years of field experience, strong negotiation skills, and travel within the assigned region. A company vehicle is provided, and a performance bonus may apply based on results.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of experience as a Field Representative or Account Manager working with independent agents and brokers in specialty auto P&C insurance.
• Established knowledge of Specialty Auto independent agency owners and relevant trade associations within the state.
• Demonstrated ability to manage increasing levels of responsibility and territory complexity.
• Strong understanding of insurance terminology, concepts, and coverage.

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage a portfolio of assigned agencies and accounts in alignment with the company’s business plan, growth objectives, and underwriting appetite.
• Execute marketing, sales, and distribution strategies with clearly defined quantitative targets.
• Develop, communicate, and monitor regional growth strategies and goals.
• Maintain comprehensive understanding of insurance industry practices, standards, regulations, and competitive dynamics.
• Manage sales activities across assigned territory and travel as needed to maximize engagement.
• Build and maintain consultative relationships with agency partners through regular visits and meetings.
