• Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited institution and two years of student services or college teaching experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead VA School Certifying Official (SCO) responsibilities including determining student eligibility for VA education benefits by reviewing documentation and entering data in VA Once and Student Information Systems.
• Monitor veteran student files for status changes, research and resolve certification or records issues, and communicate applicable VA regulations and MCCCD policies to stakeholders.
