Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited institution and two (2) years of student services or college teaching experience, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and program coordination for the Academic Advicing and Career Services department.
• Manages student case work and monitors progress toward degree completion.
• Collaborates with faculty and administrators to improve advising quality and scheduling.
• Performs compliance, coordination, and program administration tasks.
