Responsibilities include certifications processing, financial entries, compliance interpretation, and data reporting to enhance veteran student success and retention, with collaboration across advising and campus programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
• One year+ experience with VA Enrollment Manager software (preferred).
• Knowledge of federal VA education programs and FERPA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process VA enrollment certifications each semester and update statuses.
• Apply VA payments to student accounts and manage overpayments.
• Interpret VA rules and advise students, faculty, and staff on compliance.
• Audit schedules and degree plans to ensure courses qualify for VA benefits.
