Job summary

Subaru of Sterling is hiring an Automotive Safety and Emission Inspector to perform Virginia state safety and emissions inspections and thoroughly document findings. You will communicate results to customers and service teams, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulations.

This role requires maintaining current inspector certifications and a commitment to safety and quality. The position offers a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, with a competitive flat-rate

Now Hiring: Automotive Safety and Emission Inspector

Pay: $20 - $45 per flat rate hour (based on experience)

Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short‑term and/or long‑term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on production/productivity.
