• Associates Degree or a combination of relevant experience, education, and training that equates to the required degree.
• Three years of related work experience preferably in post-secondary education.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Three years of work experience in post-secondary institution, including using Information Management Systems - Student Administration Module.
• Three years’ experience working with veterans and VA Programs in higher education.
• Experience in a high-volume customer service unit in a higher education institution.
