Job summary

Plexus Worldwide, headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, seeks a Manager, UI/UX to lead a design-oriented, cross-functional team. You will set UX/UI direction across consumer shopping experiences and field tools for Brand Ambassadors, shaping the Plexus Design System and governance while staying hands-on as needed.

This leader partners with Product, Marketing, IT, and stakeholders to prioritize work, guide decisions with research, testing, analytics, and QA, and deliver measurable improvements in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in interaction design, product design, UX, HCI, or related field.
• Five+ years of UX/UI, product design, interaction design, or comparable experience, including at least two years leading teams.
• Demonstrated experience building or significantly improving a design system and driving adoption across digital products.
• Portfolio showing strong UX thinking, interaction design, visual craft, user-centered problem solving, and measurable outcomes across responsive web and mobile experiences.
• Practical front-end development or coding experience and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary UX/UI partner for business, Product, Marketing, and IT, translating business and user needs into clear priorities and design solutions.
• Turns strategy, requirements, and user stories into intuitive information architecture, flows, layouts, interactions, and end-to-end experiences.
• Builds stakeholder alignment, communicates recommendations and tradeoffs, and presents priorities, progress, and outcomes to leadership.
• Owns the roadmap, governance, development, adoption, and evolution of the Plexus Design System across customer- and-field-facing products.
• Establishes reusable components, patterns, usage guidance, accessibility requirements, and contribution standards in Figma and code.
• Maintains UX/UI standards and review practices that improve consistency, usability, scalability, and delivery efficiency.
