The Manager, UI/UX leads the team responsible for creating simple, effective, and engaging digital experiences that balance user needs, Brand Ambassador needs, and business objectives. The role sets UX/UI direction across the consumer shopping experience and the tools Brand Ambassadors use to run their businesses.
This player-coach owns the Plexus Design System, leads a small team of designers and content specialists, and partners with Product, Marketing, IT, and business stakeholders to set priorities and deliver measurable improvements. The Manager remains hands‑on when needed and uses research, testing, analytics, and design quality assurance to guide decisions.
This leader will build and govern the Plexus Design System, drive adoption across digital products, and shape both consumer commerce and complex field‑facing tools. The role offers meaningful ownership rather than stewardship of an established system.
