Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a UX/UI or product designer, ideally with internal tools, enterprise software, or B2B platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process from concept to polished UI.
• Experience building and maintaining a cohesive design system with componentized thinking.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS; not required to code, but understand browser capabilities.
• Ability to partner with software developers, Product Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong visual design skills and ability to apply brand guidelines to digital products.
• Excellent communication skills to explain design decisions to non-designers.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the UX for internal and external tools, ensuring on-brand screens, workflows, and assets.
• Translate business needs into user flows, wireframes, and polished designs.
• Build and maintain cohesive design systems and component libraries across tools.
• Collaborate with developers from early design through implementation to ensure feasible designs.
• Align product design decisions with OBM brand standards across evolving visuals.
• Participate in user research and usability testing, incorporating findings before and after launch.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback.
