Job summary

Orange Barrel Media (OBM) is hiring a UX/UI Designer to shape the internal and external tools used by our teams and customers. You will translate business needs into clear, buildable designs and ensure everything remains on-brand across products.

You will collaborate with Product Managers, Software Developers, and Marketing to maintain a cohesive design system and consistent user experience, while contributing to user research and iterative improvements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a UX/UI or product designer, ideally including work on internal tools, enterprise software, or B2B platforms.
• Portfolio showing end-to-end design process from concept to polished UI.
• Experience building and maintaining a cohesive design system.
• Ability to work with software developers, Product Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong visual design skills and brand application across digital products.
• Excellent communication skills to explain design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the user experience for OBM's internal and external tools, ensuring on-brand visuals and consistent UX.
• Partner with Product Managers to translate business needs into user flows, wireframes, and polished designs.
• Build and maintain cohesive design systems and component libraries.
• Collaborate with software developers through the build process to ensure design intent is preserved.
• Coordinate with Marketing to keep product design aligned with OBM's brand standards.
• Participate in user research and usability testing and integrate findings into iterations.
• Present design concepts to cross-functional stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
