Urban Outfitters is seeking a UX/UI Designer to bring the Digital Experience roadmap to life across web and app, from core shopping journeys to content and brand experiences. Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of UX/UI design experience with a strong ecommerce/fashion portfolio.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid understanding of responsive, mobile-first design and WCAG accessibility.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Experience designing for A/B tests and using performance data to iterate.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in an Agile environment.

Responsabilités

• Deliver design for Digital Experience roadmap initiatives across web and app.
• Own end-to-end design of digital products from concept to execution.
• Provide input on effort and feasibility to support roadmap planning.
• Conduct user research, usability testing and data-informed design decisions.
• Create testable hypotheses and feed the A/B testing calendar.
• Design, prototype and iterate variants for tests; deliver assets on time.
• Drive concepting and personalization for tailored customer journeys.
• Contribute to design system updates and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with URBN Technology, Anthropologie and Free People UI teams.
• Present concepts to stakeholders and document design rationale.
• Champion design thinking across the team and wider business.
