Job summary

Urban Outfitters in Philadelphia is seeking a UX/UI Designer to bring the Digital Experience roadmap to life across web and app. This onsite role focuses on user-centered, data-informed, test-ready design, collaborating with cross-functional partners to improve the shopping and brand experience.

You’ll own end-to-end design for digital products, contribute to testing and optimization, create wireframes and high-fidelity mockups, and work with vendors such as Dynamic Yield, Contentful, and

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of UX/UI design experience with an e-commerce/fashion portfolio.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of responsive design and WCAG accessibility.
• Experience with HTML/CSS.
• Experience designing for A/B tests or data-driven iterations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Design initiatives for Digital Experience roadmap across web and app; emphasis on the browse path across web and app.
• Own end-to-end design for digital products and features; align to business goals and customer needs.
• Provide design input on effort and feasibility for roadmap planning alongside Testing and Product Copy Operations.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Contribute to concepting and experience ideation; translate explorations into testable designs.
• Partner with Personalization to tailor content by customer segment.
• Keep current with digital, fashion, and cultural trends.
