A MAJOR TECH FIRM CLIENT is seeking an experienced UX Strategist to join the digital transformation team. You will leverage your expertise in low-code/no-code platforms and content management systems to identify underlying user experience challenges and develop innovative solutions for clients across multiple industries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX strategy, service design, or digital transformation roles.
• Demonstrated expertise with multiple low-code/no-code platforms and CMS systems
• Strong portfolio showcasing diagnostic approaches and problem-solving methodologies
• Experience conducting heuristic evaluations and usability assessments

Responsibilities

• Digital Experience Diagnostics: Assess client digital ecosystems to identify underlying UX issues
• Low-Code/No-Code Solution Architecture: Design and implement user-centered solutions using platforms like Webflow, Bubble, Wix, Shopify
• CMS Strategy & Implementation: Evaluate, configure CMS systems to align with business objectives and user needs
• Research Leadership: Design and execute mixed-method UX research studies including usability testing and analytics
• Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate workshops to build consensus around problems and solutions
• Measurement Framework Development: Create KPI frameworks to validate ROI
