Job summary

Compunnel, Inc. is seeking a UX Strategist Consultant to blend strategic UX vision with hands-on research and delivery across digital products.

The role will influence experience strategies, roadmaps, and research initiatives while coordinating usability testing and design reviews with stakeholders. You will lead UX strategy initiatives, develop personas and journey maps, and collaborate with business, design, and software teams to align user needs with business goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in UX, Design, HCI, Digital Strategy, Business, or related field.
5+ years of UX design or related experience.
Strong experience leading UX strategy initiatives.
Experience conducting usability testing, design reviews, and research synthesis.
Experience collaborating with business, design, product, and software development teams.

Responsibilities

Conduct ongoing user research to inform experience priorities and product direction.
Develop and evolve personas, journey maps, and experience frameworks.
Support experience roadmaps by connecting user insights, business value, and delivery considerations.
Lead UX strategy initiatives across digital products and experiences.
Plan and facilitate usability testing, design reviews, and research synthesis.
