Job summary

XTB is seeking a Regular/Mid level UX Researcher/ResearchOps to drive qualitative and quantitative user research for B2C products. You’ll coordinate research activities, translate insights into design initiatives, and maintain a robust UX research environment with tools and a repository.

Applicants should have 5+ years of UX research experience, a portfolio of fintech-related studies, data triangulation skills, and English at least B2 level.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a UX Researcher or in a UX research department.
• Portfolio of research projects demonstrating quantitative and qualitative methods in B2C.
• Experience with fintech, banking, investments, or multi-market mobile apps is a plus.
• Ability to triangulate qualitative and quantitative data from analytics tools.
• Knowledge of AI tools and AI-driven research processes with practical use cases.
• Ability to create reports, dashboards, and metrics for stakeholders.
• Excellent collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams.
• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement an effective research strategy.
• Collaborate with the research team and Product Tech team through regular meetings and status syncs.
• Independently conduct qualitative and quantitative research and present findings.
• Translate research insights into design initiatives.
• Set up and maintain the user research environment (including tools).
• Create and maintain a UX research repository.
• Regularly analyze and report insights from customer feedback.
• Present findings across the organization and maintain ongoing communication regarding research with program teams.
