Flying Bisons is seeking a UX Researcher to lead and support research across digital products and services for B2B clients. You will collaborate with designers, strategists, developers, and data analysts to uncover user needs, validate solutions, and shape customer experiences.

Candidates should bring commercial UX research experience, strong qualitative and quantitative methods, and excellent communication skills. Remote-friendly with options for office or hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience as a UX Researcher working on digital products and services.
• Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Deep understanding of the digital product development lifecycle.
• Ability to independently plan and execute research projects.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple stakeholder groups and influence others
• Proficiency in Polish and professional English.
• Knowledge and experience in working with AI

Responsabilités

• Preparation and execution of research processes from mapping problems to analyzing materials.
• Creating reports and delivering key project insights to the team.
• Conducting user testing, IDIs, FGIs, tree testing, and card sorting.
• Preparing and facilitating workshops with clients and internal teams.
• Synthesizing findings to inform design and product decisions across departments.
• Creating personas, journey maps, and blueprints from research outputs.
• Collaborating with researchers and interdisciplinary team members.
