Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience planning and managing research projects.
• Primary expertise in either qualitative or quantitative methods with mixed-methods capability.
• Strong ability to translate research findings into strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with ability to present clearly to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, moderate, and analyze qualitative and quantitative studies.
• Develop research questions aligned with business objectives and select methodologies.
• Present findings with clear visuals that narrate data-driven stories.
• Advocate for the end user in meetings, workshops, and design sessions.
• Translate insights into design and business strategies for cross-functional teams.
• Develop user requirements, journeys, and personas from research data.
• Collaborate with researchers, designers, and strategists to apply recommendations.
• Plan and execute concept and usability tests using mixed methods.
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging research methods.
