You will lead studies, manage engagement programs, and communicate findings to cross-functional teams, ensuring user needs inform product development and learning outcomes across consumer platforms.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Factors, HCI, Psychology, CS, or related fields.
• 2+ years of industry experience in user research.
• Strong communication and independent work ability.
• Experience with research vendors and educational products.

Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, and analyze user studies (in-person and remote).
• Manage student engagement programs and advisory boards.
• Design empathy programs and co-design workshops.
• Communicate research agendas with cross-functional partners.
• Disseminate insights through reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with UX researchers to define research needs.
