Job summary
Aquent Talent, in partnership with a global technology leader, seeks a Usability Researcher to shape user experiences across products and services. You will identify customer needs, map journeys, and translate insights into design and product decisions while ensuring privacy and security.
You will collaborate with product management, design, and engineering, develop research plans, and mentor teams on research methods.
Qualifications
- Master's or Bachelor's with required UX research experience.
- English proficiency for clear writing and presentations.
- Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience influencing product direction and design decisions.
Responsibilities
- Create and drive research plans and roadmaps for product areas.
- Apply diverse research methods to execute studies.
- Synthesize data into actionable insights for design and engineering.
- Investigate customer identities, contexts, needs, and journeys.
- Assess insights across the full user journey to inform strategy.
- Partner with product management, design, and engineering to integrate security.
