• Strong expertise in qualitative research methods to answer business questions.
• Ability to independently design and manage research studies from objectives to insights.
• Experience communicating findings to diverse audiences to influence decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, conduct, and manage end-to-end user research studies aligned to objectives.
• Apply qualitative methods such as interviews, usability testing, journey-based research.
• Collaborate with PMs, designers, engineers to identify opportunities and learning objectives.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather insights that inform product direction.
• Synthesize findings into themes, opportunities, and recommendations.
• Facilitate workshops to align teams on customer needs and experience opportunities.
• Evaluate concepts and experiences to identify usability issues and improvements.
• Support product and experience planning by identifying customer needs and trends.
• Communicate findings through storytelling, presentations, and reports for diverse audiences.
• Advocate for customer-centered decision-making across the lifecycle.
• Maintain research documentation and knowledge sharing across teams.
• Contribute to enablement around processes, tools, and best practices.
