Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a UX practitioner to work with cross-functional teams in an agile environment. You will define user stories, influence design decisions, and collaborate with developers to deliver user-centered solutions.

Strong emphasis on research, usability testing, and data-driven recommendations. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years in UX, proficiency with modern tools, and experience across iterative design, prototyping, and accessible design.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a UX practitioner with a background in user experience design, interaction design or similar.
• Knowledge and proficiency using remote unmoderated testing tools and moderated testing devices and platforms.
• Experience in responsive, adaptive and accessible designs.

Responsibilities

• Define user stories and UX deliverables within Agile teams.
• Influence design decisions based on UX best practices and research.
• Collaborate with developers to implement solutions efficiently.
• Gather, analyze and present feedback; manage changes to deliverables.
• Present work to stakeholders with data-backed design recommendations.
