Job summary

Kmotion Design is seeking a thoughtful UX Designer to join our growing team. You’ll lead research efforts, conduct interviews and testing, and present findings to shape project scope and priorities.

You will build wireframes, style guides, and collaborative design systems, working closely with developers to bring designs to life. This highly collaborative role focuses on translating strategy into clean, intuitive experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of UX/UI experience in agency or multi-project environments.
• Ability to conduct user research through interviews, surveys and testing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to translate strategy into intuitive design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct user research through interviews, surveys and testing.
• Write research scripts and testing plans with clear objectives.
• Synthesize findings and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with leads, strategists and developers to define scope.
• Build wireframes, prototypes and user flows reflecting user needs and goals.
• Translate direction from Creative Director into scalable design systems.
• Create reusable components and style guides for web builds.
• Benchmark competitors to inform design direction.
• Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and handoff-friendly.
• Support collaboration with developers during implementation.
• Contribute to ongoing UX process improvements.
• Iterate based on feedback and insights.
