Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent training in UX research related fields such as HCI, psychology, anthropology, or design.
• 2+ years of work experience in UX research or a related field.
• Experience planning and executing qualitative research using methods like interviews, surveys, usability testing, and competitive analysis.
• Experience creating UX research deliverables such as journey maps, personas, reports and presentations.
• Experience managing projects with limited oversight as an individual contributor.
• Deep knowledge of user research methodologies and data-informed design decisions.
• Ability to learn business complexities such as legal and regulatory compliance.
• Strong written, verbal, and listening communication with customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and conduct user research using quantitative and qualitative methods.
• Analyze research data to identify user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
• Communicate insights and recommendations through personas, journey maps, reports, and presentations.
• Manage the full research process from study design to recruiting, moderation, and reporting.
• Collaborate with UX, stakeholders, and developers to advocate for user-centered design.
