Job summary

Sleeper is seeking a UX Researcher in the United States. You will conduct quantitative and qualitative research to inform product decisions, collaborate across teams, and contribute to the design process in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of UX Research experience (or a 12-week Sleeper internship), a degree in HCI / information sciences / statistics / data analytics / human-centered design, and experience with remote testing and surveys and analytics dashboards.

Qualifications

• Has at least 1+ years of UX Research experience, or completed Sleeper 12-week research internship.
• Degree in HCI, information sciences, statistics, data analytics, or human-centered design.
• Experience with quantitative analytics tools or dashboards.
• Experience with research tools for remote testing and surveys.
• Able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct UX research to inform product design decisions.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams.
• Utilize quantitative analytics to derive actionable insights.
• Plan and execute remote testing and surveys to validate concepts.
