Job summary

ManpowerGroup, via Experis, is seeking a Lab Coordinator to join the UX Research Operations team in Seattle. You will support human subjects research studies, set up study equipment, and coordinate with product teams and vendors to ensure everything runs smoothly.

The role emphasizes participant privacy, learning new technologies quickly, and providing practical workarounds to study teams. You will help recruit participants, schedule studies, and execute protocols end-to-end, including consent

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related research area.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply them in a fast-moving research environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and personal management skills.
• Experience in a research or academic environment involving human subjects.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and Excel for data-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Set up study equipment and coordinate with product teams, equipment vendors, and research operations to ensure everything is ready.
• Support pilot studies by making observations, sharing feedback, and helping optimize study procedures and logistics.
• Learn and navigate study software experiences, including identifying potential bugs/limitations and communicating practical workarounds to the study team.
• Help with participant recruiting and scheduling by supporting the study project manager and external recruiting services.
• Execute study protocols end-to-end, which may include screening participants, obtaining participant consent, maintaining privacy and confidentiality of participant data, instructing participants, running study procedures, collecting data per study design, formatting and annotating data, and creating basic reports.
