Job summary

Crystal Equation Corporation in Seattle, WA is seeking a Lab Coordinator I to support UX research studies across a broad product portfolio. You will assist researchers, set up equipment, pilot studies, and ensure smooth logistics while protecting participant privacy.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, learn new technologies quickly, and contribute to data collection, reporting, and study administration in a fast-paced lab environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent experience in a closely-related research area.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and personal management skills.
• Experience in a research/academic environment with human subjects.
• Experience using MS Office and Excel.
• Ability to explain technical information to non-experts.

Responsibilities

• Assist researcher with research execution.
• Set up equipment for studies and coordinate with product teams and vendors.
• Pilot studies, observe, and provide feedback to optimize procedures.
• Familiarize with software experiences and workarounds for studies.
• Assist project manager and recruiters in participant recruitment and scheduling.
• Execute study protocols, including consent, data collection and reporting.
• Maintain confidentiality of participant data.
• Support R&D with data collection, onsite handling, and equipment tracking.
