Vertisystem (A MOURI Tech Company) is seeking a Lab Coordinator to support in-person UX research studies with human participants in Seattle. You will coordinate study logistics, manage equipment, guide participants, and assist with data collection in collaboration with researchers and cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes privacy, adherence to study protocols, recruitment coordination, and preparing basic reports.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related research field.
Experience in a research or academic environment involving human participants.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

Assist researchers with executing research studies.
Set up study equipment and coordinate with teams to ensure functionality.
Conduct pilot studies and provide feedback to improve procedures.
Screen participants, obtain consent, and ensure privacy and data confidentiality.
Collect, format, annotate, and organize data according to study design.
Prepare basic reports based on collected research data.
Support on-site data collection, compensation tracking, and equipment management.
