Job summary

Synergis is hiring a UX Designer to design and ship high-quality experiences across payments and digital wallet surfaces. You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, and Content to turn complex transaction flows into clear, intuitive, and trustworthy experiences—covering checkout, onboarding, funding flows, P2P, card management, rewards, transaction history, disputes, and fraud-related UX.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of interaction/product design experience (UX/Product Design).
• Strong proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX work and shipped outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Production-ready design & prototyping: Deliver specs, flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups to design systems.
• End-to-end payments UX: Design wallet journeys with clarity, trust, and compliance.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with UX, PM, Engineering, Research, Content Strategy, Data Science, and Marketing.
• Data & insights integration: Use research findings and metrics to iterate scalable solutions.
• Communication & storytelling: Present concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
