- Proven ability to influence product and engineering decisions without direct authority.
- Experience in Agile and Kanban delivery models.
- Experience writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
- Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance design efficiency and insight generation.
Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end UX experiences for payments products used by millions of customers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, content and research teams.
- Write user stories and jobs-to-be-done that clearly articulate business and user needs.
- Influence product and engineering decisions in cross-functional settings.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance design efficiency and accelerate insight generation.
- Define and own the UX vision across the payments experience.
