We are seeking an experienced UX Designer with strong expertise in Figma and user experience design for call center applications and customer service platforms.

Required Skills and Experience

• 9+ years of overall experience in UX/UI design.
• Strong hands-on experience with Figma.
• Experience designing user experiences for call center applications and customer service platforms.
• Expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Experience creating user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, design systems, and accessibility.
• Experience collaborating with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business requirements into user-friendly designs.
