Job summary

Luxoft is seeking an experienced UX/UI designer in Houston to own the design process for a complex, high-load interface and collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate user needs into effective flows. You will craft wireframes and interactive prototypes, lead usability testing including cognitive walkthroughs, and help evolve the design system to ensure consistency across platforms.

A proven track record of shipping production designs and strong skills in Figma and Claude-like

Qualifications

• 3+ years in UX/UI design.
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems.
• Proficiency in Claude Design or similar AI tool.
• Strong foundation in interaction design and visual design.
• Evidence of shipping designs in production applications.
• Collaborative mindset, with openness to feedback and iteration.
