Job summary

Luxoft in Houston is seeking an experienced UX Designer to lead the design of a high-load, enterprise-scale interface. You will own the UX design process, run stakeholder workshops, and develop wireframes and clickable prototypes.

Collaborate with product managers and engineers to evolve the design system, and ensure usability through tests and cognitive walkthroughs. Proficiency in Figma and AI tools is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in UX/UI design.
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems.
• Proficiency in Claude Design or similar AI tool
• Strong foundation in interaction design and visual design.
• Evidence of shipping designs in production applications.
• Collaborative mindset, with openness to feedback and iteration.
