Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a UX/UI designer to lead the design process for a high-load, multi-platform project. You will work with product managers and engineers to translate complex requirements into wireframes, interactive prototypes and user flows.

The role emphasizes usability testing, stakeholder collaboration, and maintaining a cohesive design system across web, desktop and mobile platforms for a diverse product suite in oil & gas, logistics and other sectors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in UX/UI design.
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design system.
• Proficiency in Claude Design or similar AI tools.
• Strong foundation in interaction design and visual design.
• Evidence of shipping designs in production applications.
• Collaborative mindset, with openness to feedback and iteration.
• Nice-to-have: experience in enterprise applications.
• Nice-to-have: exposure to research practices and usability methods.
