The UX and UI Designer will lead the design of scalable systems, UI patterns, and workflows for enterprise SaaS products. This role requires expertise in journey mapping, wireframing, and prototyping, along with the ability to deliver clean, data-driven UI designs that enhance usability, accessibility, and task completion. The designer will collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure design fidelity and measure success through testing and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, journey mapping, and rapid prototyping
• Deliver wireframes, interaction flows, and high-fidelity UIs.
• Partner with engineers to ensure design fidelity.
• Define and maintain design systems and UI patterns that scale across modules.
• Improve task completion rates on key workflows.
• Uphold accessibility and usability standards.
• Measure UX changes via usability testing and analytics

Requirements

• Degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience designing enterprise SaaS products.
• Strong skills in Figma and prototyping tools.
• Experience designing admin dashboards, workflows, and data-heavy UIs.
• Clear visual and interaction design craft
• Comfort with design tokens and component libraries

Nice to Have

• + Experience with low-code/no-code builders or complex workflow UIs.
• + Knowledge of accessibility standards.
