Lead collaborations with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to embed UX principles, stay ahead of AI trends, and deliver modern, intuitive experiences that delight learners and educators.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of people management experience leading design teams of 10+.
• Deep expertise in UX and UI design principles, human-centered design, and modern product design processes.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills; ability to mentor and develop teams.
• Portfolio required for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Lead impactful design by empowering your team to create exceptional, modern experiences grounded in data and customer insights.
• Lead through strategic partnership with Product, Engineering, and Marketing leaders to define focus areas and align priorities.
• Drive the creation of intuitive, modern experiences and scalable design patterns from concepts to polished solutions.
• Set and evolve UX standards, design principles, and guidelines across products.
• Continuously evaluate the customer experience using data and insights to drive improvements.
• Stay ahead of evolving design trends and AI capabilities to advance design practice.
• Use design as a competitive advantage by differentiating products through visuals and experience.
• Develop outstanding talent by coaching and mentoring to expand impact.
