You will lead a dedicated design team, set strategy and standards, and collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing leaders to deliver modern, data-driven experiences for learners and educators.

Qualifications

• Senior UX Design leadership experience with 3+ years managing design teams of 10+ people.
• Deep expertise in UX/UI principles, human-centered design, and modern product design processes.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and collaboration skills; ability to influence across Product, Engineering, and Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead impactful design by empowering your team to create exceptional, modern experiences grounded in data and customer insights.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing leaders to define focus areas and embed UX principles into the product development process.
• Drive intuitive, scalable design patterns from concepts to polished solutions that meet real customer needs.
• Set and evolve UX standards, design principles, and guidelines for consistency across products.
• Continuously evaluate the customer experience using data and research to identify priorities and improvements.
• Stay ahead of design trends, AI capabilities, and new tools to advance design practice and experiences.
• Use design as a competitive advantage by benchmarking against leading products.
• Develop talent by coaching and mentoring team members to grow as designers and leaders.
