Job summary

Gtatelecom is seeking a UX Content Designer to create in-app copy and help content across customer journeys, features, and settings, translating complex concepts into clear guidance for a consumer-friendly connected-home experience.

You will collaborate with designers and product managers to shape end-to-end experiences, align messaging across channels, and iterate content based on user research and performance data.

Qualifications

• Experience in UX writing, content design, or digital product content.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with a strong focus on clarity and simplicity.
• Ability to consider user needs, journeys, flows, and interactions—not just individual words.
• Experience collaborating with UX designers, product managers, or cross-functional product teams.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and adapt in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Write and refine in-app content across customer journeys, features, and settings.
• Turn technical concepts into clear, conversational, and actionable language.
• Partner with designers and product managers to shape end-to-end experiences
• Identify opportunities to improve usability, consistency, and customer engagement.
