Insight Global is seeking a UI/UX Specialist to support the connecting product experience group. You will design end-to-end experiences across mobile apps, websites, embedded displays, and physical products, and lead research activities to transform insights into backlog priorities.

You will create interactive prototypes in Figma, test with real users, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Firmware, and Hardware teams to align digital with physical experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience designing across mobile, web, embedded, and physical product ecosystems.
• Translate research into actionable requirements.
• Strong communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Design end-to-end experiences across mobile apps, websites, embedded displays, and services.
• Create personas, journey maps, IA, wireframes, prototypes, and specifications.
• Establish and operate the Apex Experience Studio.
• Plan interviews, contextual research, usability studies, and surveys.
• Translate research findings into design recommendations and backlog items.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Hardware, QA, and Service teams.
