Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a UX Content Designer who will craft clear in-app content across customer journeys, features, and settings. You will turn technical concepts into approachable language and collaborate with designers and product managers to shape end-to-end experiences.

You’ll iterate content using user feedback, performance insights, and research to improve usability, consistency, and engagement while maintaining a consistent voice across channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in UX writing, content design, or digital product content.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and simplicity.
• Ability to consider user needs, journeys, flows, and interactions—not just individual words.
• Experience collaborating with UX designers, product managers, or cross-functional product teams.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and adapt in a fast-moving environment.
