Ally Financial offers an 11-week paid internship designed to move students from educated to experienced. As a User Experience Intern for Ally's Auto consumer and Dealer teams, you will blend research, content strategy, and human-centered design to create best-in-class digital experiences for our customers and dealers.

The program includes market-competitive hourly pay, a sign-on bonus, housing assistance if eligible, and leadership exposure through mentoring, orientation, and networking events.

Qualifications

• Rising Junior or Senior (during the time of internship) in a full-time undergraduate program.
• Major/Course of Study: Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrates Analytical Thinking, Collaboration, Learning Agility.
• Available for the full duration of the internship program.
• Eligible to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship from the company now or in the future.
