Job summary

Ally Financial offers an 11-week paid internship designed to move students from education to hands-on experience within our Finance teams, including Auto, Insurance, and other areas. Interns will gain exposure to financial reporting, data analytics, and cross-team collaboration while mentored by leaders across the organization.

You will engage in project-based work, attend Orientation and Executive Series, and participate in a mentoring network.

Qualifications

• Rising Junior or Senior in a full-time undergrad program.
• Majoring in Finance or taking finance courses.
• Well-rounded in academics, volunteering, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Summarize and analyze financial data.
• Develop skills related to financial analytics and reporting.
• Attend formal orientation and training sessions.
• Participate in mentoring programs and ERG activities.
• Lead an end-of-assignment presentation.
• Support leadership and career development initiatives.
• Engage in networking opportunities with teams across Ally.
