Job summary

Ally Financial offers an 11-week paid internship designed to move students from educated to expert. You’ll connect with diverse teams across the company and gain hands‑on experience in digital initiatives within Consumer Banking.

The program includes Orientation, Executive Speaking Series, mentoring, and a capstone presentation, with a mix of in‑office and remote days. Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Available for the full duration of the internship program.
• Eligible to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Passion for the financial services and technology industry.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers, usability, content strategy, engineering and business stakeholders to conceive best‑in‑class digital user experiences.
• Assist the design and content team in making Figma files dev ready.
• Faithfully carry out the direction of your UX team to ensure design meets Ally standards.
• Present your work and share insights on user experience and build consensus on the most competitive product direction.
