Job summary

Ally Financial internship program moves you from educated to experienced, connecting you with diverse teams and leaders across the country. You will gain hands-on experience, network with peers, and participate in mentoring and giving back events while exploring multiple business areas.

The program runs May 25 – July 30, 2024, with 40 hours per week, a mix of in-office and remote days, and market-competitive hourly compensation plus a sign-on bonus and housing assistance for eligible students.

Qualifications

• Rising junior or senior in a full-time undergraduate program.
• Majors in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical thinking, collaboration and learning agility.
• Available for the full duration of the internship program.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Have hands-on experience and project-based work.
• Attend Orientation, Executive Speaking Series, and learning sessions.
• Participate in Mentoring Program and Giving Back Events.
• Network with peers and leaders across Ally.
• Lead an end-of-assignment presentation.
