Qualifications

• High degree of manual dexterity.
• Ability to work as a team member.
• Ability to read length measurements, gauges and meters.
• Knowledge of production schedules.
• Basic math skills, computer skills, and data entry.
• Ability to follow work instructions, safety rules, and specifications with great attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Utilize logbooks for issues that occur on shift.
• Individually or collectively ensure safety of crewmembers.
• Perform quality and standard checks.
• Participate in die changes as scheduled.
• Complete data sheets as required.
• Troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance and safety inspections.
• Follow safety rules in the facility.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Maintain inventories for production run.
• Share knowledge with operators and coworkers.
• Suggest cost reductions and safety/product improvements.
• Participate in S4 continuous improvement meetings.
