Utility Workers, Cleaners, Porters Warehouse Workers needed for our Capital District Partners.
Albany, Saratoga Springs, Clifton Park, Schenectady, Lake George.
Many of the facilities, venues and corporations are on the bus line.
Many shifts available including weekend shifts.

We are seeking Utility Workers to join our team in the Capital District and help support our clients by providing excellent service to guests. The ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate an enthusiastic attitude towards serving guests and co-workers.

Utility Job Overview:
As a Utility Worker, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency of the location (more details upon interview). You will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for our employees, clients, and visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout the premises.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and window cleaning.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste materials in accordance with established procedures.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenishing supplies as needed.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of meeting rooms, events, and company functions.
• Monitor and restock supplies in various areas, including restrooms and breakrooms.
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department.
• Assist in basic maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and fixing minor repairs.
• Support facility security by ensuring all doors and windows are properly secured at the end of each workday.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, using appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment as required.
• Collaborate with colleagues and follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently.
• Assist with special projects or tasks as assigned by the management.

Qualifications:

• Must have weekend availability.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or related roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Good communication skills and a cooperative attitude.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and bending.
• Basic knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.

Physical Requirements:
